Returns & Exchanges

At Perfumeonline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the unopened perfume in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our distribution center using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
